With offices in London and Brighton, here at DCH Management we believe that each client is a person, not a commodity to be exploited. We strive to ensure our clients are treated fairly and with respect. Over the years we have seen unacceptable amounts of bigotry, unrealistic expectations, harassment and violence in our industry and we are committed to reducing this to zero percent.

We continue to work with professional bodies and lobby groups to ensure a more equitable industry for performers as well as behind-the-scenes crew. 

We continue to support our existing client base as well as nurture new and exciting talent.

We are especially interested in those who feel underrepresented by other agencies.

Though not currently a member, we strictly abide by the PMA’s Code of Conduct
